SHIPPING
Shipping your order
Print4Dream organizes the delivery of goods by courier to the delivery address or parcel station specified by the Buyer. Delivery of goods is provided by Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts or Ekspresspasts. The costs of delivery of goods are paid by the Buyer according to the chosen delivery method and address.
The delivery period depends on the delivery address specified by the Buyer. The goods are sent from the production facility located at Alejas 12, Valmiermuiža, Valmieras pagasts, Valmieras novads, LV-4219. Delivery period takes about:
- 1-3 business days in the territory of Latvia;
- 2-5 business days in the Baltic countries area;
- 4-7 business days in European territory;
- 5-10 business days in the USA and Canada;
- elsewhere in the world 7-30 business days.
If the Buyer has purchased a product that is available in stock and that is not personalized, has correctly specified the data necessary for the execution of the purchase and made the payment, the Print4Dream team undertakes to hand over the product to the delivery service provider within 3 (three) working days after making the purchase.
The products in the online store, which do not have personalization options, are usually ready in the company's warehouse, but in some cases, the warehouse stocks may have decreased rapidly and the product is manufactured after the purchase - in such cases, the production period can be seen on the product page in the online store.
If the Buyer has purchased a digital product, it is sent in the selected format to the Buyer's specified email address after production.
The Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase and request a refund - only in cases where the product is NOT personalized. Read more about returns, delivery and payment in Terms and Conditions.
